We have been gardening "organically"for over 30 years. We lived off the grid and farmed with draft horses for many years. Now we have a certified naturally grown fruit and vegetable farm on the Cumberland Plateau. We use the 30" beds and feed our soil with compost, cover crops, kelp, and composted manure. We use non GMO seeds, and use only sprays endorsed by USDA organic standards. We offer summer and winter CSAs.
